Il Brigante Restaurant is part of the farm Il Sapito located between Montaione, San Gimignano, Volterra, a few steps away from the Sacred Mount of San Vivaldo. The genuine base of our delicious range of pork produce, fine wines, extra virgin olive oil and saffron, baked products, pizzas, carefully selected local ingredients and the love in preparing traditional recipes, make our dishes unique and special.

Easily reacheable on foot from our guests staying at "Il Sapito" and "Bosco Lazzeroni", the Restaurant has got an exclusive access along Via tre Ponti (between Montaione and San Vivaldo) and a large private car park . The beauty of nature and the harmonic architectural of the building, makes this, the ideal place to celebrate special moments, weddings, parties, in total exclusivity, privacy and style.

The "Brigante" can accommodate up to 270 people sitting at the table, the spaces can be separated in 2 receiving rooms , a large one for 210 people and an adjoining smaller one for 50/60 people. This is a dream place....with stylish decor beautifully matching the fabrics, a large stone fireplace and a grand piano giving a wrapping atmosphere, white porcelain, crystal glasses, candlesticks and trays enrich the location of charm, the massive wooden ceiling beams add a lovely country-style, huge glass walls on the lush Mediterranean vegetation allow a brilliant natural light.

A large glass wall divides the kitchen modernly equipped for big events, externally supported by a wood-burning oven to naturally bake bread and pizza as well as a huge barbecue grill.
